Backed by nature and science we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but for some reason if you're not 100% in love with yours, we'll refund your money.

 

To process a refund, please email us at wecare@nutragize.com and will be happy to assist you with the instructions and any queries or other issues relating to your order.

Please find below terms & conditions for return:

  • The product must be returned anytime within 45 days of your purchase.

  • Returns only apply to products that have been purchased from our online store. You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the online store.

  • Refunds are applicable up to 3 bottles. For more than 3 bottles, a store credit will be provided.

  • Please be advised that your refund will be calculated using any promotion or discount that was applied during the original purchase.

  • A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or damaged product).

  • We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns.

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected and we will notify you via an email of your refund.

You will be automatically credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days. For credit cards, please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your card statement.
